[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Bloomsbury 12-27-2005 by Ord. No. 111-05. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Bureau of Construction Code Enforcement, Department of Community Affairs, of the State of New Jersey is hereby appointed by the Borough of Bloomsbury as the enforcing agency of the State Uniform Construction Code pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq. The Commissioner of Community Affairs shall promulgate such regulations as are necessary to provide for the enforcement of the aforesaid code and act in the Borough of Bloomsbury and for payment to the State of New Jersey of fees necessary to defray the expenses in furtherance of that end pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-128 and in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:23-4 et seq.[2]
