Pursuant to 730 ILCS 125/17, reimbursement by the County of
Stephenson for the cost of hospital and/or physician services provided
to inmates in the custody of the Stephenson County Sheriff shall be
at the Illinois Department of Public Aid's rates for medical assistance.
