The Township Board shall adopt by resolution a fee system for
administering and implementing the stormwater management program.
The fee system may include fees for application submittal and review,
project overview, compliance inspections, and any other task or service
performed by the Township to administer or implement the requirements
of this chapter or rules promulgated hereunder. Fees may be refundable
or nonrefundable, as determined appropriate by the Township, and may
include charges for time and materials utilized by the Township in
implementing and administering the requirements of this chapter or
rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter.
