Within any residence district, a building, structure, lot or land shall be used only for one of the uses indicated in § 560-7. Residence Districts Table of Use Regulations,[1] for the specific district in which it is located on the Zoning Map[2] and in accordance with the particular classification of that use in that district. In the case of a lot or land being utilized for the construction or erection of a single-family detached dwelling, the definition of "lot" in § 560-5 shall apply. Further, any such building, structure, lot or land shall only be utilized in conformance with the provisions of § 560-8, Residence Districts Table of Dimensional Regulations.[3] In addition, such uses shall also comply with all other applicable provisions of this chapter.
