The purpose of this position is to manage the day-to-day activities
of the assessing functions. This position reports to the Director
of Planning and Development. Duties include, but are not limited to:
reviewing all values of property; ensuring all property is maintained
at fair market value; measuring and listing all properties; preparing
and processing reports; providing professional staff services to the
Board of Assessment Review, and performing additional tasks as assigned
by the Director of Planning and Development.
