The United States of America, acting by and through the Federal Aviation Agency, its successors and assigns, is hereby granted authority and permission to grant easements to the ACMUA for the purpose of the ACMUA to have access to and from the new well field located at the FAA Technical Center.
The easements to be granted and for which the City of Atlantic City consents to are described as follows:
A. 
TRACT I: Transmission Main Easement. All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Egg Harbor, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, bounded and described as follows: beginning at a point in a curve on a previously described easement shown on Plan No. 2581-01, dated March 6, 1984, prepared by D.S. All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Egg Harbor, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, bounded and described as follows: beginning at a point on a previously described easement shown on Plan No. 2581-01, dated March 6, 1984, prepared by D.S. TRACT III: Telephone and Electric Service Easement. All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Township of Egg Harbor, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey, bounded and described as follows: beginning at a concrete monument in the westerly right-of-way line of the Garden State Parkway at its intersection with the northerly right of way line of Westcoat Road (50 feet wide); thence along the latter (1) south 73 degrees, 08 minutes, 03 seconds west a distance of 33.27 feet to a point; thence over and through the premises of National Aviation Facilities Experimental Center the following six courses, (2) north 08 degrees, 45 minutes, 19 seconds east a distance of 521.97 feet to a point; thence (3) north 06 degrees, 01 minute, 59 seconds east a distance of 490.70 feet at a point; thence (4) north 02 degrees, 36 minutes, 29 seconds east a distance of 634.96 feet to a point; thence (5) north 01 degree, 19 minutes, 58 seconds east a distance of 603.18 feet to a point, a common corner with a previously described easement shown on Plan No. 2581-01, dated March 6, 1984, prepared by D.S. Winokur Associates, Inc., Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; thence (6) along said easement south 89 degrees, 21 minutes, 51 seconds east a distance of 30.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said easement and continuing over and through aforesaid premises (7) south 01 degree, 19 minutes, 58 seconds west a distance of 604.01 feet to a concrete monument on the aforementioned westerly right-of-way line of the Garden State Parkway; thence along said right-of-way line the following three courses and distances (8) south 02 degrees, 36 minutes, 29 seconds west a distance of 636.06 feet to a concrete monument; thence (9) south 06 degrees, 01 minute, 59 seconds west a distance of 492.28 feet to a concrete monument; thence (10) south 08 degrees, 45 minutes, 19 seconds west a distance of 508.33 feet to the first mentioned point and place of beginning, containing 1.547 acres of land more or less.
D. 
TRACT IV: General Easement. The City of Atlantic City does hereby waive its right to exercise the reverter provisions in the conveyance to the United States of America as it would relate to the above-specified tracts of land only, so long as said lands and premises are used as easements by the ACMUA, its successors and assigns as access to and from the well field.
The Mayor shall be authorized to execute and the City Clerk to attest any documents necessary to carry out the provisions of this article.
