In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of Part 2, Article IV, Uniform Construction Code, and §§ 115-1 through 115-6, it is the expressed intention of the Ambridge Borough Council that the provisions of §§ 115-1 through 115-6 take precedence over conflicting provisions embodied in Part 2, Article IV, Uniform Construction Code.
