All persons keeping billiard or pool tables upon which games
are paid for shall pay a yearly license fee as set from time to time
by the Village Board of Trustees for each and every table so kept.
All rooms or places where such games are played shall not be
open later than 12:00 midnight.
For each and every violation of this article, the person or
persons so violating shall be subject to a fine of $3 for the first
offense and $5 for the second and subsequent offenses.
