No person or group of persons shall be in any playground, park, recreational area, or any land owned by the City of Gardner from sunset until 8:00 a.m. of the following day without the written permission of the Director of Public Works or any board or commission having control over said playgrounds, parks, recreational areas, or land.

No person or group of persons shall be in any cemetery owned by the City of Gardner from sunset until 8:00 a.m. of the following day without written permission of the Director of Public Works.

No person or group of persons shall be on any land owned by the City of Gardner and which is under the control or jurisdiction of the School Committee between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day without the written authorization of the School Committee.[1]

Any person found in violation of the curfew provisions of this chapter shall be subject to:
A. 
A fine of not more than $50 for each violation; and/or

B. 
Civil or criminal action for trespass, including arrest, as provided by Massachusetts law.
