Any employee responsible for preparation of the minutes or any other employee of the Township is authorized and directed to destroy and/or reuse (record over) all recordings of Board meetings once the minutes of the meeting have been approved by the Board at a public meeting.

Public comment at regular or special meetings shall be governed by the following rules and regulations:
A. 
A period of public comment shall be held at each meeting either before each official action is taken by the Board or at the beginning of the meeting.
B. 
The Chairman of the Board shall preside over the public comment period and may within his discretion:
(1) 
Recognize individuals wishing to offer comment;
(2) 
Require identification of such persons;
(3) 
Allocate available time among individuals wishing to comment;
(4) 
Rule out of order, scandalous, impertinent, and redundant comments or any comment the discernable purpose of which is to disrupt or prevent conduct of the business of the meeting.
C. 
The total time allocated for the public comment period at each meeting shall be 20 minutes. Each individual shall have a period of five minutes for comment.
D. 
If there is not enough time for public comment at a meeting, the Board of Supervisors, at its discretion, may defer the public comment period to a meeting held before the next regular or special meeting or until the next regular or special meeting. Each individual shall have a period of five minutes for comment during this period.
