No property owner shall erect, place, plant or allow to be erected,
placed or planted or allow to grow any structure or plant in such
a manner as to impede vision above a height of 3 1/2 feet above
the center-line grades of the intersecting streets in the area bounded
by the street lines of such corner lots and a line joining points
along said street lines 50 feet from the point of intersection.
Any property owner who shall violate the provisions of §
215-15 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution or, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 10 days, provided that each day that a violation shall be permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
