A. 
The Township shall be permitted to make assessment of collection costs and attorneys' fees by the Township as to accounts of users of the public trash and recycling services should required payments for services by any user remain delinquent in excess of 30 days of the date required for any such payments;
B. 
Assessment of costs and fees shall be in accordance with a schedule of costs and fees that may from time to time be adopted by the Township;
C. 
The amount assessed by the Township pursuant to this article and the Township's schedule of costs and fees shall be collectible and enforceable by the Township by any means provided in accordance with applicable law, regulations and ordinances.
It is declared that the enactment of this article is necessary for the protection, benefit and preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of this Township.

A. 
All residential trash and recycling shall be picked up by the approved Township trash collector; except those properties required by the original ordinance to have private pickup.
B. 
The trash/recycling bills shall be due and payable on or before May 31 of each year and shall thereafter be subject to a ten-percent penalty.

C. 
Any trash/recycling bill that is 90 days delinquent shall be turned over to the Solicitor for collection, and the property shall be subject to having a municipal lien being filed, together with court costs, interest, and reasonable attorney fees.
D. 
In addition to the penalties prescribed above, the township reserves the right to order the approved trash collector to discontinue picking up the trash and recycling from any location that is delinquent in the payment of the trash fee.
