Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule I, § 324-29.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II, § 324-30, are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III, § 324-31.
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a U-turn) is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV, § 324-32.
The street lanes described in Schedule V, § 324-33, are hereby reserved for the turn or purpose designated in said Schedule V.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VI, § 324-34, are hereby designated as main arteries of travel, and all vehicles approaching these main arteries shall, before entering the main artery, come to a full stop unless otherwise directed by a peace officer or signal.
The intersections described in Schedule VII, § 324-35, are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII, § 324-36, are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.

It is unlawful and, unless otherwise declared in this article with respect to particular offenses, it is a traffic infraction for any person to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required in this article.

No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of any police officer, fire police officer, flag person or other person duly empowered to regulate traffic.

A. 
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour.
B. 
Notwithstanding the above provisions, the maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along the following streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 25 miles per hour.
(1) 
River Street, from the westerly intersection with North Street and Charlotte Street easterly and then northerly to the intersection with West Genesee Street, where River Street terminates.
