This article shall be known as the "Trespass Ordinance of Butler
Township" for the prevention of trespass to municipal property known
as "Preston Park."
A person who intrudes upon municipal lands known as "Preston
Park" after dusk and before dawn, without lawful authority, is guilty
of a summary offense.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article shall
be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished
by a fine not to exceed the sum of $250 and/or exclusion from the
property known as "Preston Park" for a period of not more than 30
days, or both.
