The Town of Barton Town Board held a public hearing on this
proposed chapter pursuant to the requirements of § 236.45(4),
Wis. Stats., on July 10, 1995.
The Plan Commission recommended to the Town Board the adoption
of this chapter at a meeting held on July 10, 1995.
The Town Board of the Town of Barton concurred with the recommendations
of the Plan Commission and proceeded to adopt this chapter at a meeting
held on July 10, 1995.
