It is unlawful for anyone other than Good Luck 4-H Club members
or their designees to remove aluminum cans from the Town of Barton
transfer station grounds or from any other property or facility named
by the Town of Barton.
Anyone other than Good Luck 4-H Club members removing said aluminum
cans will be subject to a forfeiture of $50, plus costs as allowed
by law.
Any Town of Barton employee removing aluminum cans from any
Town of Barton facility may be subject to dismissal, as well as the
aforementioned forfeiture.
Any person seeking employment with the Town of Barton at its
recycling facility and/or the Barton transfer station will be expected
to read and sign a form acknowledging the above information as a condition
of employment at said facility.
