All portions of all local laws and ordinances of the Town of
Orangetown inconsistent herewith are intended to be repealed hereby,
except that nothing herein contained shall in any way impair or be
construed to impair the functions and jurisdiction of any of the administrative
boards and bodies such as the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Planning
Board, the Orangetown Historic Areas Board of Review or the Architectural
Community Appearance Board of Review, administered and serviced by
the office of Town government created by this local law.
