505 (Ch. 21, Part 1, of the 1995 Code of Ordinances)]
The Township shall require that, before it will consider the
taking over of any existing private road in the Township, a petition
therefor be made to Council by the owners of properties abutting said
road.
The Township Council may accept any existing private road if
such road has been constructed in conformity with current Township
specifications.
