It shall be unlawful for any individual, partnership or corporation as owner, agent, lessor, lessee or employee of land or buildings in the Township of Hampton to shovel, rake or otherwise deposit snow, ice, leaves, grass clippings or other plant matter from the premises owned or occupied by the said individual, partnership or corporation into the streets or highways or the drainage structures appurtenant thereto.

For each and every violation of the provisions of this article, any person or corporation, either as owner, agent, lessee or employee, violating any of the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $600 and costs and, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this article continues shall constitute a separate offense.
