016a Otero Cty Commission Dist Plan
This chapter shall be cited as the "Otero County Commission District Boundaries Ordinance," and is adopted pursuant to NMSA 1978, § 4-37-1 (being Laws of 1975, Chapter 312), and NMSA 1978, § 4-38-3 (being Laws of 1985, Chapter 204).
County Commission District No. 1 shall consist of that geographic portion of the County which includes all of the following Precincts, as those Precincts are established by Resolution No. 74-14: Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 21, 51, 52 and 53.

Editor's Note: The Otero County Commission District Plan, listing the Otero County Precincts and their polling places, is included at the end of this chapter.
County Commission District No. 2 shall consist of that geographic portion of the County which includes all of the following Precincts, as those Precincts are established by Resolution No. 74-14: Precincts 8, 11, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 35.
County Commission District No. 3 shall consist of that geographic portion of the County which includes all of the following Precincts, as those Precincts are established by Resolution No. 74-14: Precincts 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 41, 42, 43, 44, 54 and 55.
The effective date of this chapter shall be January 26, 1986.
