Wherever a space is marked off on any street for the parking
of an individual vehicle, every vehicle parked there shall be parked
wholly within the lines bounding that space, and it shall be a violation
of this article for any person to park a vehicle or allow it to remain
parked otherwise.

A. Angle parking is permitted on all streets through the Borough unless
expressly prohibited, in accordance with the regulations provided
herein. Streets where angle parking is prohibited will be posted to
indicate that angle parking is not permitted.
B. Vehicles shall be parked at an angle to the curb in such a way so
that no part of the vehicle extends into the adjoining cartway or
roadway, and it shall be a violation of this article for any person
to park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to remain parked otherwise.
C. On all streets where angle parking is permitted, every vehicle parked
at the angle shall be parked with its front nearest the curb.
D. Only for the purposes of loading and unloading shall persons be permitted
to park their vehicles with the rear end toward the curb for no longer
than necessary for the loading or unloading of the vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park a
vehicle (other than a pedalcycle) on the roadway side of any vehicle
stopped or parked at the edge or curb of any street, except that standing
or parking for the purpose of loading or unloading persons or property
shall be permitted Monday through Saturday, between the hours of 9:00
a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between the hours of 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.,
and for no longer than necessary for the loading or unloading.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall,
upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $15 and
costs. Provided: it shall be the duty of the police officers and of
parking enforcement personnel of the Borough of Port Vue to report
to the appropriate official all violations of any provision of this
article, indicating, in each case: the section violated; the license
number of the vehicle involved in the violation; the location where
the violation took place; and any other facts that might be necessary
in order to secure a clear understanding of the circumstances attending
the violation. The police officer or other person making the report
shall also attach to or place upon every such vehicle a notice stating
that the vehicle was parked in violation of this article. The notice
shall contain instructions to the owner or driver of the vehicle that
if he will report to the office of the Chief of Police and pay the
sum of $10 within 10 days after the time of the notice, or if he will
place the sum of $10, enclosed within the envelope provided, and return
same to the Borough of Port Vue Police Department within 10 days of
said notice, that act will save the violator from prosecution and
from payment of the fine and costs prescribed in the first sentence
of this section.

A. Except for persons operating motor vehicles lawfully bearing a handicapped
or severely disabled student when such vehicles are being operated
for transporting a handicapped or severely disabled student to and
from Romine Avenue Elementary School, no motor vehicles shall park
or stop in a thirty-five-foot zone on the easterly side of Romine
Avenue in front of Romine Avenue Elementary School.
B. Said zone shall be identified by a blue curb and the posting of signs
designating said zone as a handicapped boarding zone.
C. Operators of motor vehicles lawfully bearing a handicapped or severely disabled student shall have the authority to issue statements to violators or violating vehicles for violation of Subsection
A hereinabove.
D. Penalty. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty
of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.
