The regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of Coolbaugh
Township shall convene the first and third Thursday of each month
at 7:00 p.m. in the large first floor meeting room of Building Number
2, located at the Municipal Center, 5550 Memorial Boulevard, Tobyhanna,
Pennsylvania. Except that if such Thursday is a Township observed
holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Wednesday.
All regular and special meetings shall be advertised as required
by law.
The Board of Supervisors may, by resolution, establish such
rules of parliamentary procedure for the conduct of its meetings as
it deems appropriate. In the event no such resolution is adopted,
then Roberts Rules shall be utilized in the conduct of meetings.
