A.
It
shall be unlawful for any person to display, exhibit, or to consume
any intoxicating liquor within Appleton City, Missouri in any public
building, street, alley, or other public place; but this Section shall
not apply to the consumption of intoxicating liquor known as malt
liquor by any person in any place where intoxicating liquor may be
lawfully sold and consumed according to license issued by Appleton
City, Missouri.
B.
It
shall be unlawful for any person to use or indulge in loud, unusual,
profane, obscene, or insulting language or to challenge, fight, threaten,
or offer to fight on any street, alley, or in any place of business,
public building, or other place in Appleton City, Missouri.
