[R.O. 2009 § 320.020]
The City Traffic Engineer is authorized
to regulate the timing of traffic signals so as to permit the movement

City.
[R.O. 2009 § 320.040]
No person shall drive a motor vehicle

the use thereof shall not be construed to exclude any competent evidence
accrued by any other manner or means.

place giving notice thereof. The fine for violation of this Section
will be two (2) times the amount normally assessed for speeding violations.
