Any person violating any of the provisions of this Title shall, on conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days or to both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Court, unless other penalty provisions are applicable.

Any person who shall aid, assist, conspire, abet, counsel, hire or by any means procure any person to violate any provision prohibited by Chapter 300 through 380 of this Title shall be punished in the same manner as for committing the offense so aided, assisted, conspired, abetted, counseled, hired or procured to be committed.

Every person who shall attempt to commit a violation of Chapter 300 through 380 of this Title, and in such attempt shall do any act toward the commission of such offense, but shall fail in the perpetration thereof, shall be punished as provided in Section 385.010.

When used in this Title any reference to the masculine gender shall also include the feminine gender.

Each day in which any violation of Chapter 300 through 380 of this Title shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
