The following described real estate owned by the City and situated
in the City of Salem, County of Dent, and State of Missouri is hereby
set aside and appropriated for a public park, to wit:
All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 13, Township 34 North, Range 6 West, in the City of Salem,
Dent County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at a point
25.0 feet North and 16.0 feet West of the Southeast corner of said
Quarter-Quarter, said point being the point of intersection of the
West right-of-way line of Park Avenue and the North right-of-way line
of Missouri State Highway J; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes West,
along said North right-of-way line, 78.16 feet; thence North 0 degrees
13 minutes East, along last said right-of-way line, 10.0 feet; thence
North 89 degrees 47 minutes West, continuing along said right-of-way
line, 525.90 feet; thence Westerly, on a curve to the right, having
a radius of 5,689.58 feet, an arc distance of 67.50 feet; thence North
0 degrees 40 minutes West, 383.82 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49
minutes West, 225.0 feet; thence South 0 degrees 40 minutes East,
387.0 feet to a point on said North right-of-way line; thence Westerly
along said right-of-way line, on a curve to the right, having a radius
of 5,699.58 feet, an arc distance of 50.37 feet; thence North 0 degrees
