Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provisions of § 135-5, the building sewer shall be connected to an approved private sewage disposal system.
The owner shall operate and maintain private sewage disposal
facilities in a manner consistent with public health standards and
all state, federal or local laws or regulations at all times and at
no expense to the Town.
