[Adopted by Town Meeting 2-27-1959; amended by Town Council 6-19-1978]
It shall be unlawful from December 1 to April 1 for the owner
or operator of a motor vehicle to allow such vehicle to stand on any
street in the Town of Plainville for more than one hour between the
hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on any given day.

The Director of Physical Services, or his designated agent, may direct the removal of any vehicle parked in violation of § 374-1 of this article.
Any violator of this article shall be fined $50 for each offense
and, in addition, shall pay for the towing, moving, parking and storage
of any vehicle removed in accordance with this article.
