As used in this Article, unless the context indicates otherwise,
the term "public governmental body" shall mean any
legislative, quasi-judicial or administrative governmental entity,
body, agency, board, council, commission or committee including, but
not limited to, the Board of Trustees, the Board of Adjustment and
the Planning and Zoning Commission.

At the request of any member of any public governmental body
of the Village of Country Club and upon such terms as may be provided
by regulations promulgated from time to time by the Chairman of the
Board of Trustees, the Village of Country Club shall provide and bear
the cost of legal defense for any such member charged with a violation
of Sections 610.010 through 610.030, RSMo., as now in effect or hereafter
amended.
