An Accident Investigation Committee shall be established consisting
of the following members: Personnel Director; Borough Clerk; Police
Chief; Sewer Superintendent; Business Administrator; Superintendent
of Roads; Deputy Fire Chief; Safety Coordinator.
The members of said Committee shall be responsible for investigating
any accident which may occur during the operation of business.
