Editor’s Note: Pursuant to Art. 26, adopted 9-26-2018
ATM, the Charter was amended to make all references in the Town Charter
gender neutral by deleting all instances of gender-specific pronouns
and wording and replacing those instances with gender-neutral pronouns
or wording, by deleting all instances of “Board of Selectmen”
and replacing those instances with “Select Board,” and
by deleting all instances of “Selectmen” and replacing
those instances with “Select Board members.” These amendments
to the Charter were approved by the voters of the Town at a special
election held 10-16-2018.
