A.
Definition. "Through traffic", as set forth
in this Section, shall mean any vehicle which is not carrying articles
or materials to be delivered to or from any premises located on Wolter
Avenue.
B.
Weight Limit. Through traffic over and along Wolter Avenue
by any vehicle whose gross weight exceeds five (5) tons is hereby
prohibited.
