Smoking is hereby prohibited in any City-owned structure at
any location within the City, specifically including, but not being
limited to, the City Hall, the maintenance building, any well houses
and any buildings at any sewage treatment plant hereafter constructed,
except in designated areas. Smoking may be available at locations
outside of City buildings.
