A.
The
fees to be charged by the City of Excelsior Springs for fire suppression
activities are:
Each pumper truck: See Schedule of Fees, Title I, Appendix A
Brush units: See Schedule of Fees, Title I, Appendix A
Manpower: See Schedule of Fees, Title I, Appendix A
Minimum charge should be five hundred dollars ($500.00). See
Schedule of Fees, Title I, Appendix A for a fire call outside the
City limits.
B.
In
the event equipment is lost, damaged or destroyed as the result of
firefighting services provided by the Excelsior Springs Fire Department,
the full cost of replacing said equipment shall be borne by the land
owner/property owner/registered owner and/or responsible party.
