Within any B District, no building, structure, lot or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. 
Retail store.
B. 
Office, office building.
C. 
Bank, savings and loan association.
D. 
Personal service store or studio.
E. 
Restaurant, tavern.
F. 
Theater or motion-picture theater, other than an outdoor drive-in theater.
G. 
Municipal or proprietary parking area open to the general public, with or without the payment of rent or charges.
Within any B District, the following accessory uses shall be permitted:
A. 
Private garage, private or accessory off-street parking area, pursuant to the provisions of Article XIX.
B. 
Signs, pursuant to the provisions of Article XX.
Within any B District, no building or structure shall be erected nor any lot or land area utilized unless in conformity with the following schedule, which is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter:

Within any B District, the following conditional uses shall be permitted subject to approval by the Belvidere Planning Board:
A. 
Funeral home.
B. 
Membership club.
C. 
Museum, art gallery, community center building and library.
D. 
Bus passenger station.
E. 
Single- or two-family detached dwelling conforming to the R-75 District lot and yard requirements.
F. 
Multiple dwelling conforming to the R-M District requirements and Article XVI.
G. 
Public utility building or structures.
H. 
Hotel and motel.
I. 
Multiple dwellings above office and/or retail business use.
J. 
Essential services.
