Within any LM District, no building, structure, lot or land shall be used for other than one or more of the following uses:
A. 
Light manufacturing.
B. 
Offices, office building, research institute or laboratory.
C. 
Storage building.
D. 
Public utility building or structure.
E. 
Membership clubs.

Cannabis cultivation, manufacturing, and processing facilities inside a building, licensed by the State of New Jersey.

The following uses shall be prohibited:
A. 
Outdoor cannabis grow area.
B. 
Agricultural greenhouse.
C. 
Sale or consumption of food, beverages, alcohol or tobacco on the premises.
D. 
Cannabis consumption area.
E. 
Cannabis dispensary facility.
Within any LM District, the following accessory uses will be permitted:
A. 
Customary accessory uses and structures.
B. 
Private garage or private parking area, pursuant to Article XIX.
C. 
Signs, pursuant to Article XX.
D. 
Enclosures for solid waste and recyclables.
