The following items of employment benefits of all officers and
employees of the Police Department of the Borough of Somerdale shall,
commencing with the execution of the 1975 employer-employee contract,
be subject to annual confirmation by the governing body of the Borough
of Somerdale by resolution confirming the items contained in subsequent
employer-employee contracts:
