The following items of employment benefits of all officers and employees of the Police Department of the Borough of Somerdale shall, commencing with the execution of the 1975 employer-employee contract, be subject to annual confirmation by the governing body of the Borough of Somerdale by resolution confirming the items contained in subsequent employer-employee contracts:
A. 
Vacations.
B. 
Sick leave.
C. 
Professional schooling.
D. 
Clothing allowance.
E. 
Clothing maintenance.
F. 
Hours of work and overtime.[1]

G. 
Such other matters which may be negotiated between the employer and the employee bargaining unit from time to time.
