A.
The sale of ground and handheld sparkling devices, novelties and
toy caps shall be a permitted use in all NS Neighborhood Shopping
Districts, in all GC General Commercial Districts and in all I Industrial
Zoning Districts in the Township.
B.
The possession and use of ground and handheld sparkling devices,
novelties and toy caps shall be permitted in all zoning districts
in the Township.
