A.
The Mayor of the City of Weldon Spring, Missouri, is hereby authorized
to execute an agreement with the St. Charles County Department of
Community Health and Environment whereby the St. Charles County Department
of Community Health and Environment will provide inspection, enforcement
and regulation of food service establishments within the City of Weldon
Spring, Missouri, under the Food Service Establishment Code.
B.
The City hereby adopts St. Charles County Code Sections 230.010, 230.020 and 230.030, of St. Charles County, Missouri, as the Food Service Establishment Code of Weldon Spring, and authorizes St. Charles County to collect all fees due under said Code. A copy of this contract and Code is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Weldon Spring.
