Township Supervisors shall receive compensation in the amount
of $100 per meeting attended, payable out of the Township's general
fund. In no event shall total compensation exceed the amount set forth
in the Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. § 65101 et seq.,
as amended.

The Chairperson of the Board of Supervisors, and during his absence
or incapacity, the Vice Chairperson, shall preside over the meetings
of the Board of Supervisors and shall perform such other duties as
are prescribed by the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53
P.S. § 65101 et seq., as amended, or by ordinance.

Whenever any action of the Board of Supervisors shall result in the
enactment of an ordinance or resolution, the Chairperson shall be
responsible for executing the same along with an attestation by the
Township Secretary.

Whenever any action of the Board of Supervisors shall result in a
specific written contract or agreement, such contract or agreement
shall be executed on behalf of the Township by the Chairperson of
the Board of Supervisors along with an attestation by the Township
Secretary.
