Unless another penalty is expressly provided by the Vehicle
Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.) or except as herein specified,[1] every person convicted of a violation of a provision of
this chapter, or any supplement thereto, shall be liable to a penalty
of $25 and costs of prosecution.
