No elected or appointed member of any committee or board in
the Town of Randolph shall be awarded any contract to be exercised
in the Town of Randolph, the value of which is in excess of one thousand
dollars ($1,000) unless said contract was open to competitive bidding.
The Town of Randolph shall use the Mass. Uniform Procurement
Act, MGL c. 30B.
