The Act 537 Special Study Infiltration/Inflow Agreement between the
Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority and the Township of Williams is
hereby approved. The full text of said Act 537 Special Study Infiltration/Inflow
Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A."[1]

The Chairman of the Williams Township Board of Supervisors and the
Township Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
Act 537 Special Study Infiltration/Inflow Agreement on behalf of the
Township of Williams.
