The Town Board of the Town of Alden hereby approves the increase
of the home value cap from $120,000 to $180,000 for purposes of determining
veterans exemptions under the Real Property Tax Law § 458-a,
which increase will be effective in the preparation of the next occurring
tax roll prepared by the Town Assessor.
