South Waverly Borough agrees to execute the application to become
a member of the Valley Joint Sewer Authority and join in the Articles
of Amendment, in particular specifying the membership of the Board
and the change of name, said application and articles being herein
incorporated by reference hereto, attached as Exhibit A.[1]
