This article is adopted pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the Town of Clayton Zoning Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to schedule public hearings before the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board upon receipt of an application for a site plan review or a subdivision review and upon his determination that said application is complete.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of law to the contrary, the Town of Clayton Zoning Enforcement Officer is hereby authorized to schedule public hearings before the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Zoning Board of Appeals upon application for a use variance or an area variance or for an application for an interpretation of a provision of Chapter 235, Zoning, upon the Zoning Enforcement Officer's determination that such application is complete.
All public hearings scheduled by the Town of Clayton Zoning Enforcement Officer shall meet the notice requirements contained in Chapter 235, Zoning.
