[Adopted 7-16-1990 as part of Ord. No. 9-90 (Ch. 61A of the 1981 Code)]
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.2, the Cat Licensing Code of New
Jersey, 1987,[1] heretofore approved by the New Jersey State Department
of Health and as may be hereafter amended or supplemented, is hereby
adopted by reference in its entirety.

of the Township Clerk.
All references to "jurisdiction," as set forth in the Cat Licensing
Code of New Jersey, 1987, shall mean the Township of Verona.
Fees for the licensing of cats shall be as set forth in Chapter A565, Fees, of the Code of the Township of Verona, as may be from time to time amended by the Verona governing body.
All licenses issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on
September 30 of each year.
