[Adopted 9-16-1931 (Ch.
3, Sec. 3-11, of the 1978 Revised General Ordinances)]
No person shall place upon the sidewalks within the Township
any sign, device, fence, merchandise or obstruction of any kind or
character, whether they be the owners of the premises adjoining the
streets or occupants of the stores, houses or places of business adjacent
and adjoining the streets or public places.
