The Town Administrator shall appoint a Tree Warden for a three-year
term of office.
The Tree Warden shall exercise all of the powers and duties
provided for the holders of such offices by the Massachusetts General
Laws.
The Town Administrator shall fill any vacancy occurring in the
office of Tree Warden to fill the unexpired term of such office.
