§ 23-1 Official Map adopted; statutory authority.

There is hereby adopted, pursuant to the provisions of Section 23 of P.L. 1975, c. 291 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-32), a document known as the "Official Map of the Borough of Milford," as prepared by Carl M. Herrman, P.L.S., New Jersey License No. GS-42271, of VanCleef Engineering Associates, dated May 3, 2016. The map is hereby adopted as fully as if a replica of the map were printed herewith, and the provisions of the map shall be controlling in all matters relating to or affected by the Official Map and Building Permit Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-32, et seq.

§ 23-2 Official Map; effect of adoption.

A. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-44, the Official Map of the Borough of Milford shall be deemed conclusive with respect to the location and width of streets and public drainageways and the location and extent of flood-control basins and public areas, whether or not such streets, ways, basins or areas are improved or unimproved or are in actual physical existence.
B. 
Upon the Borough's receipt of an application for development, the Borough may reserve for future use the aforesaid streets, ways, basins and areas in the manner provided by the applicable laws of the State of New Jersey and the Code of the Borough of Milford.

§ 23-3 Maintenance of Official Map.

Three copies of said Official Map shall be maintained in the office of the Borough Clerk and shall be open to the public for inspection.
